What we do

Transportation built around medical appointments

We're not a rideshare. Every trip is scheduled around your appointment time, with a driver who helps you from your door to the clinic door and back again.

Dialysis & recurring treatment

Standing schedules for dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, and any appointment you keep on a regular basis.

Doctor & specialist visits

One-time or occasional rides to primary care, specialists, imaging, lab work, and outpatient procedures.

Hospital & facility discharge

Rides home from the hospital, or between facilities, coordinated directly with discharge planners and case managers.

Wheelchair & stretcher transport

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramp or lift access and proper securement, no transferring out of your chair required. Stretcher vehicles are also available for passengers who need to stay lying down.

How it works

Booking a ride takes about five minutes

  1. Tell us about the trip

Call us or fill out the ride request form with your pickup address, destination, appointment time, and mobility needs.

  2. We confirm the details

We'll call you back to confirm the pickup window, the vehicle type, and how the ride will be paid for.

  3. We pick you up

Your driver arrives ahead of the appointment, helps you to the vehicle, and is there for the ride home.

Who we serve

Families, caregivers, and care teams

Most of our rides are booked by someone other than the passenger such as an adult child, a spouse, a social worker, or a discharge planner. We'll work with whoever is coordinating care.

  • Seniors and adults living independently or with family
  • Dialysis and infusion center patients
  • Assisted living, memory care, and group home residents
  • Hospital case managers and discharge planners
  • Home health agencies and social workers
  • Adults recovering from surgery or injury

Not sure if we can help?

Call and ask. If we're not the right fit for a trip, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is.
