Our services

Every ride is scheduled around a medical appointment with the right vehicle, the right assistance, and enough time to the destination without rushing.

Levels of service

Three ways we transport passengers

Not sure which one applies? Tell us how the passenger normally gets around and we'll figure it out with you.

Ambulatory transport

For passengers who can walk on their own or with a cane, walker, or a steadying arm. Your driver assists you from your door to the vehicle, into the building, and back home afterward.

Wheelchair transport

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramp or lift access. You stay in your own chair, no transferring required, and are secured with a four-point system for the entire ride.

Stretcher transport

For passengers who need to remain lying down for the trip. Our stretcher vehicles are equipped and secured for a safe, comfortable ride door-through-door.

Need bariatric transport?

Give us a call. We'll let you know right away whether we can accommodate the trip or refer you to a provider who can.

Trip types

Appointments we transport for

Dialysis & recurring treatment

Standing weekly schedules for dialysis, chemotherapy, infusion, radiation, and physical or occupational therapy. Set it once and we keep the same days and times.

Doctor & specialist appointments

Primary care, specialists, imaging, lab work, dental, vision, podiatry, and outpatient procedures; one-time or as needed.

Hospital & facility discharge

Rides home after a hospital stay, or transfers between hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. We coordinate directly with discharge planners.

Pharmacy & post-appointment stops

Heading home from an appointment with a new prescription? Let us know when you book and we'll build a pharmacy stop into the trip.

Long-distance medical trips

Out-of-area appointments and specialty care centers outside your immediate region. These need extra lead time, so call as far ahead as you can.

Round-trip & will-call returns

We can wait, or come back when you're finished. If an appointment runs long, call us and we'll adjust. You won't be left waiting outside.

What's included

Door-through-door, every trip

Curbside drop-off isn't enough when someone is unsteady on their feet or navigating a large medical building. Every ride includes hands-on assistance at both ends.

  • Assistance from the front door to the vehicle
  • Help with seat belts, wheelchair securement, and mobility equipment
  • Escort into the building and to the check-in desk when needed
  • Room for one family member or caregiver to ride along at no extra cost
  • Clean, climate-controlled, regularly inspected vehicles
  • A call to the requester if there's any delay

What we don't do

Being clear about this up front saves everyone time:

  • No emergency response or ambulance service. Call 911
  • No medical care, monitoring, or medication administration during transport
  • No transport for passengers who need continuous clinical supervision
  • No unaccompanied minors
Paying for your ride

How billing works

Pricing depends on distance, level of service, and whether the trip is round-trip. We'll quote you before anything is scheduled. No surprises.

Private pay

Pay per trip by card. You'll get the full cost when we confirm the booking, and a receipt afterward.

Facility billing

Hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and home health agencies can be invoiced directly. Ask us about setting up communications.

Insurance & Medicaid

Some plans cover non-emergency medical transportation, often through a transportation broker. Call us with your plan details and we'll tell you where we stand.
