Our story
Why we started
Too many people miss appointments for one reason: no way to get there. A ride falls through, a family member can't leave work, or a rideshare driver shows up with no idea that the passenger uses a wheelchair. We started 1st Class Medical Transport Services to be the ride that actually shows up. On time, in the right vehicle, with a driver who knows how to help.
Every trip we run right now is building the reputation we intend to have for a long time. That means you get an owner who answers the phone and a driver who treats your family member the way they'd treat their own.
What we promise on every ride
- We show up on time. We build in a buffer so a late pickup doesn't become a missed appointment.
- We help, not just drive. Door-through-door assistance is standard, never an upcharge.

You're trusting us with someone's safety. Here's exactly what stands behind that.
Training & certification
Drivers are trained and certified in passenger assistance, wheelchair securement, and safe transfer techniques.
Licensed & insured
We carry commercial auto liability and general liability coverage.
Vehicle standards
Vehicles are inspected on a set schedule, cleaned and sanitized between passengers, and equipped with securement systems maintained to manufacturer specification.
Your privacy
We collect only what we need to schedule and complete a trip. Passenger information is never sold or shared for marketing, and is shared only when it's required to arrange the ride.
Accountability
Every trip is logged. If something goes wrong, tell us. The owner personally reviews every complaint and will call you back.
We are not an emergency service.
We do not provide ambulance transport, emergency response, or medical care. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
